Project Manager – AO

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – AO to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the project charter, management plan, detailed Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt chart.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget and quality, using tools such as critical path analysis and quality planning techniques.
• Create and maintain risk, procurement, stakeholder and communications management plans.
• Estimate, acquire and assign resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with supervisors, senior PMs and functional managers to align sub‑project budgets and procurement partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence, conflict‑resolution skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and to drive results against demanding timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Understanding of quality systems and project management methodologies.
