Project Management & Strategy Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is looking for a seasoned manager to lead project management, strategy and governance initiatives within its Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will work on large‑scale programmes, partner with global stakeholders and ensure delivery of secure, resilient solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale projects across multiple teams and geographies.
• Coordinate with project teams to capture requirements and define execution plans.
• Prepare project governance artefacts, resource plans and oversee implementation of several projects simultaneously.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, vendor management and risk mitigation.
• Drive change management and BAU project delivery.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and ensure adherence to the full SDLC (Plan‑Design‑Build‑Test‑Deploy).

Required profile

• 5+ years of overall experience with 4‑5 years dedicated to application development.
• Proven experience in program/portfolio management.
• Excellent communication skills and a solid educational background.
• Experience managing BAU and change projects.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end project management, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor and risk management.
• Understanding of the complete SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience working with global stakeholders for reputable companies.
• Managed programmes with budgets of $2M or more.
