Project Management & Strategy Advisory Manager – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead project management, strategy and governance advisory services for its cybersecurity practice in Bengaluru. The role will oversee large‑scale programmes, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery of secure solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects and programmes, including budgeting, forecasting and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain project governance artefacts, resource plans and risk registers.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and senior client leaders to define requirements and execution plans.
• Drive change management and business‑as‑usual (BAU) initiatives across the organisation.
• Ensure adherence to the full software development life‑cycle (SDLC) from design through deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Strong communication skills and a solid academic background.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of at least 2 million USD (or equivalent) and handle risk, vendor and resource management.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and delivering projects for reputable companies.

Required skills

• Application development (4‑5 years experience).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life‑Cycle (SDLC).
