Project Management Specialist

About the role

UBRIS Center is looking for a Project Management Specialist to lead projects from concept through delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers, and strategists to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary client contact, handling communication and ensuring satisfaction.
• Track progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a creative or technology-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the project-management tool TeamGantt.
