About the role

Join the Google Operations Center for a 12‑month Project Management – Operations Apprenticeship. You will work hybrid, spending 20 % of your time in a tailored training program and the remaining time on real projects with GOC teams in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Develop general project management skills across communication, change, and risk management.
• Learn tools and techniques for data analysis, actionable insights, and data‑backed recommendations.
• Coordinate internal resources, prepare documentation and reports, and support stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with team members to build effective teamwork and communication.

Required profile

• Indian citizen, not previously enrolled in a Government Apprenticeship program.
• Aadhaar number linked to an active mobile number and a personal email address.
• Willingness to work on‑site at a Google Operations Center office (Hyderabad or Bengaluru) in a hybrid capacity for the full 12‑month program.
• Recent graduate or candidate with work experience in any industry.
• Ability to commit full‑time (~40 hours per week) for the duration of the apprenticeship.
