Project Management Manager – Social Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Project Management Manager to lead its Social Advisory practice in Jaipur. The role combines sustainability consulting with governance reform, helping public and private sector clients embed social responsibility, labour standards, diversity and inclusion, and product safety into their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and existing government schemes to identify social impact opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
• Design and support implementation of governance reform measures, including workflow re‑engineering, process simplification and digitisation initiatives.
• Develop strategies to enhance social impact, advise on labour conditions, diversity, inclusion and product safety.
• Prepare government notes, cabinet memos and other advisory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure citizen‑centric initiatives are effectively delivered.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in sustainability, social sciences, public policy or related field.
• Experience in advisory consulting, preferably within sustainability or social impact projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with governance and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report writing.
