Project Management Manager

About the role

Visteon is seeking a Project Management Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of product development activities for its cockpit electronics portfolio. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, risks and releases, and ensure high‑quality design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule of product development activities and track their delivery.
• Identify, assess and resolve technical product development issues and risks.
• Manage timely release of Bill of Materials and specifications to support project timelines.
• Coordinate design reviews, complete FMEA, SCIF and other design quality tools.
• Oversee configuration, change and budget tracking, ensuring resources are aligned with project needs.
• Perform initial subsystem testing to sign off components for verification/validation.
• Manage work packages for non‑software items such as hardware and mechanical engineering.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics engineering.
• Experience in system engineering for instrument clusters, audio or infotainment programs, including product requirement capture (SRD).
• Familiarity with requirement management tools, specifically DoorsNG RTC.
