About the role
Colliers is seeking experienced professionals to lead and plan 5‑star hotel construction projects in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar. The role combines senior project leadership with detailed planning responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage 5‑star hotel construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) up to L4 level.
- Prepare and update MIS dashboards and regular project reports for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 years of experience for the Project Lead role (or 10‑14 years for the Planner role).
- B‑Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications (NICMAR, SPA, RICS).
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience delivering hotel projects, preferably 5‑star.
Required skills
- Microsoft Project (MSP) for advanced scheduling.
- Project scheduling and planning expertise.
