Project Engineer – Building Management Systems

About the role

Chubb India is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the execution of Building Management System (BMS) and Integrated BMS (IBMS) projects. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality installations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Execute projects according to the approved schedule and design specifications.
• Maintain installation quality, site safety, and statutory compliance.
• Manage onsite activities, coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee material receipt, inspection, and invoice certification with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly project reports and track progress against milestones.
• Develop commissioning plans, conduct system testing, and provide customer training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback during implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in BMS/IBMS project execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing and internal coordination.
