Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of technology projects by managing timelines, schedules, and documentation. Working closely with the project team and clients, the coordinator ensures that project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Track documentation deliverables across multiple projects and gather required materials from customers.
• Assist or manage the full project life‑cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing.
• Maintain awareness of project scope, objectives, and team roles to coordinate activities effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions, adhering to best practices, validation, and quality requirements.
• Apply standard project‑management methodologies to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Document and monitor project risks, assumptions, and constraints, and support mitigation actions.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting to support financial success.
• Measure project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions with transparent communication.
• Assist in change management for scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
• Capture and resolve issues, documenting resolutions and communicating outcomes.
• Participate in and, when needed, lead project meetings and provide status updates for portfolio reviews.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Exposure to technology‑focused projects and familiarity with project‑management processes.
• Ability to work with documentation, budgets, and risk registers.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
