Project Controller

About the role

The Project Controller will act as a business partner to the factory controller, supporting all financial and commercial decisions to drive factory performance. You will work closely with the factory manager and other finance experts to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the annual business financial budget together with the factory controller and manager.
• Conduct financial analyses, variance analysis, and result analysis to support decision‑making.
• Drive cash‑flow optimisation, revenue growth and gross‑margin contribution.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual book‑closure activities in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Manage capex investment project financial tracking and reporting.
• Handle financial book‑cleansing tasks for receivables, advances and payables.
• Prepare monthly review decks after book closure and ensure timely internal and external audit compliance.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification.
• 2‑3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• SAP FICO (S/4 HANA) financial modules.
