Project Control Manager – Semiconductor Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Control Manager with a proven track record in semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments. The role provides strategic oversight of project control systems, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements and delivering actionable insights for successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control plans covering cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and budgets for semiconductor facility projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, variance analysis reports and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage change orders with proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical preferred) and PGDM in Construction Management (highly desirable).
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCP.
• 20+ years of experience in project controls for industrial/high‑tech projects, especially semiconductor facilities.
• Extensive exposure to greenfield and brownfield semiconductor projects and cleanroom environments.
