Project Assistant & Manager – Drug Discovery & Computational Biology

About the role

We are expanding our Drug Discovery team and are looking for motivated professionals to support and lead interdisciplinary projects that combine computational biology, scientific research, and cross‑functional coordination. Two positions are available: a Project Assistant (0‑1 years experience) and a Project Manager (3‑5 years experience).

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, schedule meetings, maintain project calendars and take minutes.
• Organise and manage shared files using OneDrive and collaboration tools.
• Prepare presentations, reports and scientific documentation.
• Coordinate procurement requests and follow‑up on administrative activities.
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies (Manager role).
• Monitor progress, ensure milestone delivery and conduct project review meetings.
• Facilitate communication between scientific, technical and business stakeholders.
• Support risk management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Computational Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.
• For the Assistant role: strong organisational and documentation skills; basic understanding of computational biology and drug discovery is a plus.
• For the Manager role: 3‑5 years of project‑management experience in pharma, biotech or drug‑discovery environments and solid knowledge of drug‑discovery workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using OneDrive and Zoom.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools.
