Program Specialist – NORAM Shift (Bengaluru/Chennai)

About the role

We are seeking a Program Specialist to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization in Bengaluru or Chennai, India. Working the NORAM shift, you will support prospective clients during the onboarding phase, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth program coordination and excellent client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and timelines for prospective clients, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and providing timely support.
• Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, system access provisioning, and orientation activities.
• Track program progress using ticketing systems and CRM platforms, maintaining accurate records.
• Identify and escalate issues or roadblocks to appropriate teams for swift resolution.
• Prepare and distribute program status reports, meeting summaries, and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and program success.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and customization requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) such as Beeline or Fieldglass.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, client‑facing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation and follow‑up abilities.
• Effective time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general PC skills.
• Ability to work independently with some direction and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work the NORAM shift and adapt to time‑zone differences.
