Program Manager / PMO Lead – Remote (up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week (or more) at $70 per hour, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows, including steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one‑pagers, and portfolio review materials.
• Own and manage the steering‑committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI outputs meet professional standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in program management or PMO leadership at a significant organization.
• Proven ownership of a steering‑committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide‑craftsmanship skills.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
