Program Manager – Electrician Loyalty (Consumer Business)

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the national scale‑up of Signify’s Saathi electrician loyalty programme in India. The role will own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution and commercial impact of the programme, working closely with sales, marketing, IT and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national roadmap for scaling the Saathi programme, setting annual and quarterly growth targets.
• Design and drive enrolment, activation and engagement strategies across India.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance mechanisms and monitor programme health across regions.
• Lead data‑driven segmentation, lifecycle management and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, IT, finance and loyalty teams; engage regional sales leadership to drive adoption.
• Manage external agencies, technology partners and service providers, owning the programme budget and ROI.
• Lead a national team of Regional Business Development Managers and field promoters, ensuring performance management and capability development.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel extensively across India (10‑12 days per month).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty programmes, channel marketing, GTM, sales or commercial excellence (MBA from a top‑tier B‑School is a plus).
• MBA from a premier institute preferred.
• Strong analytical and CRM orientation with experience managing large‑scale channel ecosystems.
• Vendor management experience and excellent stakeholder and leadership skills.
