Program Control Lead – Execution & Systems

About the role
The Program Control Lead – Execution & Systems is responsible for providing structured execution tracking and ensuring milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization. The role supports cross‑functional teams to monitor progress, manage risks and deliver timely updates to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones.
- Track manpower ramp and equipment readiness.
- Monitor BOM status and engineering change control.
- Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones.
- Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure.
Required profile
- 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing program management or execution tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or MBA.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as BD, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Facility, HR, Quality, and IT.
