Program Associate – Digital Health (Odisha)

About the role

The Program Associate will support the day‑to‑day implementation of the Care Coordination Model (CCM) in Odisha, working closely with the state government, district partners and technology providers. Based in Bhubaneswar, the role ensures that digital health solutions are rolled out effectively to improve access, continuity and quality of care.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the CCM at the state level, coordinating activities across multiple districts.
• Engage with stakeholders—including government officials, tech partners and development agencies—to facilitate program activities and field execution.
• Track key deliverables, maintain project timelines and ensure timely reporting.
• Document program activities, field observations and lessons learned; prepare presentations, reports and meeting updates.
• Assist in training and capacity‑building initiatives and provide operational support across workstreams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in management, public health or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in program coordination, health systems or digital health projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ABDM‑enabled Personal Health Records (PHR) systems.
• Familiarity with Care Coordination Call Centres.
• Knowledge of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
• Ability to work with health management dashboards.
