Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Business School’s strategic plan aligned with the university’s mission.
• Lead academic transformation initiatives focused on quality, global relevance, and employability.
• Oversee undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education programs, ensuring curriculum relevance to emerging business trends.
• Foster a strong research culture, encouraging high‑impact publications, funded projects, and industry‑sponsored labs.
• Attract, mentor, and retain high‑quality faculty, managing performance, succession planning, and professional development.
• Strengthen industry partnerships, facilitating internships, live projects, consulting assignments, and placement opportunities.
• Enhance student experience through academic support, career development, entrepreneurship initiatives, and global exposure programs.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required profile

• Proven academic leadership experience in a business school or similar institution.
• Demonstrated record of strategic planning, curriculum innovation, and research development.
• Strong track record in faculty recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Extensive experience building industry collaborations and securing external funding.
