Production Supply Specialist

About the role

The Production Supply Specialist will coordinate strategic supply planning, component management, and production execution for seasonal product launches. You will work closely with sports partners, industrial units, and suppliers to ensure demand alignment, optimal stock levels, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Validate demand forecasts and create capacity plans that reflect seasonality and zone bottlenecks.
• Define supply schemes (MTO, MTS, CPT Max, etc.) based on cost, MOQ, flexibility and product segmentation.
• Manage tendering, quotations and supplier allocation using an eTCO mindset, and mitigate capacity risks early.
• Drive material demand planning, maintain master data (lead times, MOQ, BOM) and pilot component and finished‑goods inventory with digital tools.
• Coordinate end‑of‑season inventory reduction and controlled supplier flows.
• Execute production planning, monitor order implantation, and ensure on‑time delivery for seasonal launches.
• Maintain accurate pricing, production and logistics data; track weekly alerts and perform margin variance analyses.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, conduct risk assessments and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with lean teams to reduce lead times and increase supply‑chain elasticity.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, S&OP or supplier management within manufacturing, retail or sporting‑goods environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in margin analysis, total cost of ownership (eTCO) and capacity planning.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
