Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager

About the role

The Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager will oversee the creation and execution of production plans for main units and hubs, ensuring projects are scheduled, orders are released, and resources are matched efficiently. This role coordinates procurement, production, sales and other functions to secure material supply while developing and implementing inventory control strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production plans for main units, hubs, and related sites, covering project scheduling, order release and resource matching.
• Maintain planning parameters, track technical documents and design changes, and ensure closed‑loop management.
• Coordinate procurement, production, sales and other departments to guarantee material availability for manufacturing.
• Develop inventory control strategies, create control plans, assign targets to departments, track performance and manage slow‑moving stock disposal or revitalisation.
• Optimize and promote ERP, GSP, MOM and other information platforms.
• Organise cross‑functional teams to regularly assess production capacity and drive adjustments aligned with business strategy.
• Reform production planning processes, implement online planning operations and define assessment indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and manufacturing management.
• Familiarity with planning or inventory management strategies and operations.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
