Production Operator (Night Shift)

About the role

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our night shift team (Thursday‑Saturday, 7 pm‑7 am). You will work on the packaging line, ensuring that every batch meets strict quality and regulatory standards while supporting the delivery of life‑changing therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all produced product conforms to approved specifications and packaging instructions.
• Book and document all materials required for each batch accurately.
• Perform sampling tests and visual inspections at required frequencies.
• Liaise with QA for area/line clearances and resolve quality issues.
• Collect QC samples and complete batch packaging records in a timely manner.
• Follow operating, quality, cleaning, and safety procedures; report deviations promptly.
• Monitor yields versus goals and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage machine downtime efficiently and ensure proper housekeeping and log maintenance.
• Maintain safe work practices and report any defects to the Safety Officer.
• Assist with technical projects and additional tasks as directed by the Packaging Manager.
