Production Operator II

About the role

The Production Operator II works on the front line of our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment runs within prescribed parameters and that product quality and efficiency are maintained. You will operate packaging and casing equipment, monitor performance, and help resolve any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery, including printers, bar‑coding systems and label applicators.
• Use OIT Screen software and Laboratory Information System (LIS) terminals to log downtime and track performance.
• Perform daily lift‑truck checks and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) autonomous maintenance activities.
• Adjust conveyors for changeovers and make minor equipment tweaks as needed.
• Identify line problems, non‑conforming products and apply corrective actions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Production Operator.
• Good math, communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, stand for long periods and work 8.5‑hour shifts with overtime as required.
