Production Merchandiser

About the role

NOOE is looking for a Production Merchandiser to manage its production pipeline across India and China factories. The role focuses on operational discipline, ensuring purchase orders, samples, and supplier communications are tracked and escalated before issues become crises.

Key responsibilities

• Raise, track, and close purchase orders (POs) in the production system.
• Follow up with suppliers, coordinate sample rounds, and manage escalations.
• Produce daily and weekly production status reports.
• Collaborate with the China Production Manager and the development team.
• Maintain detailed documentation to simplify audits.

Required profile

• 1.5–4 years of experience in production merchandising or coordination.
• Background in lifestyle, apparel, bags, or hard goods preferred.
• Experience communicating with factories in India and China.
• Based in Delhi/NCR.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a real PO tracking system.
