Production Manager (Menswear)

About the role

Hiresa Designer Store is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the workshop operations for its premium menswear line, including bespoke garments, tuxedos, bandhgala, and handcrafted fashion pieces. The role combines strong fashion design knowledge with hands‑on production expertise to ensure high‑quality output and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end production and workshop activities for luxury menswear collections.
• Manage garment fitting, finishing, and quality control processes.
• Lead and coordinate craftsmen, tailoring teams, and support staff.
• Maintain inventory of luxury fabrics and coordinate with design teams for material requirements.
• Ensure production schedules are met while managing pressure and deadlines.
• Supervise machine embroidery, handwork, and other handcrafted techniques.

Required profile

• Mandatory qualification in Fashion Designing (Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing, Apparel Production, or Fashion Technology).
• 1–5 years of experience in garment production or workshop management.
• Strong understanding of menswear construction, bespoke tailoring, and luxury fabric handling.
• Proven ability to manage craftsmen and tailoring teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of pattern making and garment measurements is preferred.

Required skills

• Expertise in tuxedos, bandhgala, suits, indo‑western, and ethnic menswear.
• Creative eye for styling, detailing, and luxury fashion aesthetics.
• Knowledge of machine embroidery, handwork, and handcrafted garment techniques.
• Strong quality control and workshop management capabilities.
