Production Manager

About the role

Aribo is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take full ownership of garment production, from planning and worker allocation to quality control and final delivery. The role requires managing multiple styles and orders simultaneously, leading workers firmly yet respectfully, and ensuring every garment meets quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order priorities and delivery dates.
• Manage the complete production process—including fabric, trims, cutting, dyeing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, quality checks and dispatch.
• Allocate work across masters, tailors, embroidery teams, dyers, finishing staff and external vendors, setting clear daily targets.
• Coordinate between designers, masters, karigars, vendors, stores and management to keep production on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks early, take corrective action, and maintain strict follow‑ups with workers and vendors.
• Conduct quality checks at every stage, prevent errors, alterations and wastage.
• Track raw materials, fabrics, trims and work‑in‑progress inventory, maintaining accurate production records and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in garment or fashion production.
• Strong experience managing masters, tailors, embroidery workers, dyers, finishers and external vendors.
• Excellent production planning, scheduling and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership skills to manage workers, maintain discipline and achieve daily targets.
• Thorough understanding of garment construction, measurements, fabrics, embroidery, stitching, finishing and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle urgent orders without compromising quality.
