Production Executive

About the role

The Production Executive at HubHawks is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Gurugram. This role focuses on planning and overseeing daily production activities to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and track output against targets.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks and resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong production planning and management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Knowledge of food technology to understand product specifications and industry standards.
• Experience in quality control, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Food Technology, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or food‑related environments.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and safety‑focused mindset.
