Production Associate – Level II

About the role

We are seeking a Production Associate – Level II to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will operate both manual and automated equipment to assemble products, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with peers to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Health, Safety & Environmental: Stop work for major hazards, report injuries or incidents, use proper PPE, and participate in HSE training.
• Quality: Follow standard work, SPC, poka‑yoke and visual standards; perform inspections, identify non‑conforming material, and raise issues to reduce cost and quality risks.
• Delivery: Operate equipment to achieve required cycle times, maintain a clean work area, perform routine housekeeping and planned maintenance, and assist with equipment repairs.
• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members and support staff, pursue personal development, and contribute ideas for improving safety, quality, and process flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to work flexibly in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology.
• Poka‑yoke (error‑proofing) techniques.
• Operation of manual manufacturing equipment.
• Operation of automated manufacturing equipment.
