Job description
Key responsibilities
- Floor Operations & Scheduling: Execute daily workflow, meet shift production quotas.
- Quality Control: Follow quality assurance standards, conduct product inspections, and track non-conforming materials.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, use PPE, report hazards, and follow GMP guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S workplace organization, and root cause analyses to optimize efficiency.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of hands‑on manufacturing, assembly, or equivalent experience.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in moderate‑to‑high noise environments, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Core KPIs: Units produced per person‑hour, zero reportable safety incidents, and target scrap/rework rates.
