Production Associate (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team on a full‑time basis. In this role you will operate equipment, support maintenance activities, and help ensure product quality while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various machines and equipment, adjusting variables to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs by following detailed instructions.
• Carry out operational tasks according to defined processes and parameters.
• Perform simple quality sampling and inspections of products or processes.
• Follow assigned work schedules and allocate time accordingly.
• Adhere to mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Observe health, safety, and environmental guidelines, using personal protective equipment as required.
• Participate in skill‑building activities, assessments, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Lower secondary school education.
• 13 months to 3 years of relevant experience, capable of working unsupervised.
• Commitment to operational compliance and safety standards.
