Product Owner - DevOps Practice

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical, execution‑driven Product Owner to lead our DevOps Practice. In this role you will translate strategic business goals into concrete technical outcomes, shaping automated infrastructure, deployment workflows and continuous integration ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the optimisation of CI/CD pipelines, automated artifact deployments and self‑healing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technology leads to prioritise technical debt reduction, architectural upgrades and automated testing frameworks.
• Integrate Ansible playbooks and automation patterns into standard deployment roadmaps for immutable environment provisioning.
• Define requirements for robust multi‑cloud sync, cross‑region replication, state management and high‑availability storage/compute.
• Own and prioritise the DevOps product backlog, translating business capabilities into clear epics and user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning and release planning to ensure a steady flow of well‑defined work.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience or deep practical knowledge of modern DevOps topologies and automated deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and orchestrate cross‑functional teams.
