Product Manager – Radiology Informatics

About the role

The Product Manager will define and drive the strategy, roadmap and implementation of serviceability and supportability solutions for Vue PACS, helping increase deployment and upgrade stability, improve end‑to‑end visibility of system health, and enable proactive monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Define detailed product, solution and service requirements using customer insights, market trends and strategic priorities.
• Lead the strategy, roadmap and implementation of serviceability and supportability solutions for Vue PACS, focusing on deployment speed, stability and proactive monitoring.
• Develop product, software and lifecycle specifications aligned with marketing strategy and customer needs.
• Build business cases and value propositions, accounting for commercial impact and technical simplicity.
• Partner with commercial, SSD, regulatory, quality, R&D and regional teams to shape channel strategies, go‑to‑market plans and lifecycle execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product implementation and support leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with serviceability, supportability, observability tools and proactive system health monitoring.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with R&D, commercial, service, regulatory and quality teams.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
