Product Manager – Digital Banking (Onboarding & Acquisition)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Product Manager to own and optimise digital onboarding and acquisition journeys for retail banking products. You will drive end‑to‑end customer experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in conversion funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of onboarding flows for Savings Accounts, Credit Cards and cross‑sell products, ensuring mobile‑ and web‑friendly experiences.
• Own funnel KPIs from lead capture through KYC, verification and activation; analyse drop‑offs, run A/B tests and refine UX, content and decision logic.
• Develop product plans, manage milestones, risks and dependencies, and oversee UAT, defect management and go‑live readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering on eligibility rules, fraud checks, API design and real‑time decisioning within journeys.
• Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, use cases, SOPs and test scenarios, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Interpret RBI/KYC/InfoSec guidelines and work with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit to secure approvals.
• Align cross‑functional teams across business, technology, operations and compliance, leading governance forums.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of product management experience in banking, fintech or digital ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, eKYC, risk and regulatory frameworks (RBI, InfoSec).
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end product lifecycles, from planning to launch.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience using Adobe/analytics tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
