Financial Consolidation Team Member

About the role

The Financial Consolidation Team Member will support the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements for the holding company and its special purpose vehicles. This role ensures accurate data integration, compliance with accounting standards, and timely delivery of management and statutory reports.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the holding company and SPVs.
• Upload, validate and reconcile financial data in Hyperion reporting systems.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closure across SPVs, reviewing trial balances and reconciliations.
• Perform intercompany balance and transaction reconciliations and resolve mismatches.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, dashboards and management presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, accounting policies and Companies Act requirements.
• Assist audit teams by preparing schedules and responding to consolidation‑related queries.
• Maintain accuracy of financial data in ERP and Hyperion, supporting system validations and reporting controls.
• Identify automation opportunities and enforce internal financial controls.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Companies Act regulations.
• Experience coordinating month‑end/year‑end closures across multiple entities.
• Ability to work with auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve reporting issues.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
