Product Manager – Brand Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end brand management of an assigned portfolio. You will drive market share growth, therapy expansion and profitability while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market issues and opportunities, and design strategic, tactical and investment plans.
• Develop and execute robust brand plans based on internal and external analysis.
• Drive new product development and manage pre‑launch, launch and post‑launch activities.
• Monitor sales performance, market share trends and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct field visits to gather therapy insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Train and enable the field force through cycle meetings.
• Lead multi‑channel brand communication, including digital initiatives.
• Plan and manage conferences, promotional campaigns and scientific engagements.
• Ensure financial management of marketing initiatives within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and other stakeholders for seamless execution.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in ophthalmology or anti‑VEGF therapies.
• Master’s degree in Business Management or related field; Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Science.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
