Product Development Technician – Data Analysis & Testing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Product Development Technician to support Henkel’s polymer and adhesive product lines. The role combines data analysis, analytical testing, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive innovation while maintaining quality, regulatory, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions and propose experimental recommendations.
• Conduct analytical testing and manage laboratory experiments for product development projects.
• Plan, execute and monitor development projects in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in departmental panels, meetings and committees.
• Explore new technologies or performance‑improvement methodologies to innovate products.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and create test plans.
• Adjust product development processes as needed and ensure compliance with all regulations and safety precautions.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in polymer engineering, polymer coatings, chemistry‑organic, polymer science, material science or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemistry laboratory; experience in an adhesives lab is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with formula processing, testing and data management.
