About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the creation of new bags and accessories at Bayne in Kochi. You will be involved from concept through sampling, production and quality control, ensuring that each product meets our design standards and manufacturing requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new bag and accessory concepts.
- Collaborate with manufacturers during the sampling phase.
- Review physical samples, suggest improvements and approve final designs.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Perform regular quality‑control checks across the manufacturing line.
Required profile
- Strong eye for detail and product quality.
- Good understanding of bags, fashion accessories and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work closely with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Product design experience is a plus.
- Willingness to take ownership from design through to production and quality assurance.
