Procurement Specialist – Supplier Sourcing & Import Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end sourcing, pricing negotiations and import logistics for our automotive parts business in Kerala. The role ensures that every component shipped meets our authenticity standards before it leaves the supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and vet suppliers across Thailand, Japan, Italy, the USA and other regions.
• Negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders and oversee the full import logistics process.
• Validate authenticity of all shipments with final sign‑off before dispatch.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term supplier relationships, aiming for partnerships lasting five years or more.
• Handle all import/export documentation in compliance with Indian regulations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or import/export.
• Fluent in Hindi, Malayalam and English.
• Proven experience with import/export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
