Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage end‑to‑end Purchase Order to Pay (PO‑to‑Pay) operations for OSAT manufacturing. You will ensure timely procurement, accurate invoice processing, and on‑time vendor payments to support seamless assembly, testing, and packaging activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders in ERP (SAP/Oracle), ensuring correct pricing, quantity, delivery dates and approvals.
• Coordinate with OSAT vendors, subcontractors and suppliers for order acknowledgements, delivery schedules and issue resolution.
• Perform three‑way matching (PO‑GRN‑Invoice), resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment submission.
• Support Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes in collaboration with warehouse and production teams.
• Track inbound materials such as substrates, lead‑frames, wafers and consumables.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements and accurate documentation for all P2P transactions.
• Collaborate with planning, production, finance/AP and logistics teams to align demand and payment cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable or procurement operations.
• Prior exposure to semiconductor, electronics or OSAT environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP MM and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders, GRN and invoice matching processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and vendor management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of supply‑chain processes in semiconductor packaging and testing.
