Procurement Manager – Network Infrastructure

About the role

As a Procurement Manager within the Network Infrastructure Business Unit, you will lead strategic sourcing and purchasing activities that support business objectives and ensure supply‑chain excellence. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to negotiate commercial terms, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost, quality and delivery improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, onboarding, purchasing, evaluation and relationship management.
• Oversee SAP Ariba supplier registration, qualification and master‑data maintenance.
• Validate purchase requisitions, quotations and spend against procurement policies; ensure contracts are in place.
• Create and issue accurate purchase orders, monitor acknowledgements, order confirmations and delivery commitments.
• Support invoicing and goods receipt processes in collaboration with Finance, ensuring timely payments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, pricing, service levels and compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls and best‑practice documentation for SAP Ariba and ERP activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in SAP, supply‑chain, sourcing, procurement or buying.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, automation and cost savings.
• Experience preparing procurement reports, KPIs and managing savings trackers.
• Strong collaboration skills with sourcing category managers and internal stakeholders.
