Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring optimal supplier relationships and cost‑effective solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing.
• Manage procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and cost‑control measures.
• Lead and mentor procurement staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
