Procurement Executive – Supplier Sourcing & Import Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to lead supplier sourcing and manage end‑to‑end import logistics for our automotive business in Kerala. The role ensures that every component shipped meets our authenticity standards and supports long‑term supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers across Thailand, Japan, Italy, USA and other markets.
• Negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders and coordinate full import logistics, including customs clearance.
• Validate all shipments against the company’s authenticity standard before release.
• Maintain and nurture supplier relationships with a focus on five‑year partnership goals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or import/export.
• Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam and English.
• Hands‑on experience with import/export documentation and compliance.

Required skills

• Supplier vetting and negotiation.
• Purchase order management.
• Import logistics coordination.
