About the role
Confetti Gifts is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to lead vendor sourcing, negotiate contracts, and optimise purchasing processes for our gift‑box business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and secure favourable pricing.
- Develop purchase plans and implement cost‑optimization strategies.
- Manage inventory levels to guarantee timely procurement of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, compliance, and delivery reliability.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in gifting, retail, or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving ability.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
