Procurement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for our medical device business. The role will ensure the right quality, quantity and price of materials while guaranteeing timely availability for production.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to final delivery.
• Source, evaluate and shortlist vendors; obtain and compare quotations.
• Negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, obtain approvals and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate dispatch, logistics and internal teams to ensure on‑time receipt of goods.
• Resolve issues related to shortages, damages, quality or delayed deliveries.
• Maintain vendor records, procurement documents and MIS reports.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and develop reliable alternate suppliers.

Required profile

• Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in a procurement function, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
