Procurement Analyst

About the role

Flex is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join its Global Business Services team in India. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end purchase order processing and supplier coordination, supporting the delivery of innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage C‑class items procurement through the full purchasing cycle (PR to PO, PO issuance, confirmation, delivery follow‑up, and payment coordination).
• Coordinate with vendors to track material delivery status and resolve receiving challenges.
• Prepare and submit Open Purchase Order and Shortage reports on schedule.
• Execute pull‑in, push‑out, and cancellation activities based on MRP reports while meeting KPI targets.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and update the supplier database.
• Handle PO change requests, shortage/excess escalations, and urgent receipt management.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.Com, B.B.A, B.Sc or MBA.
• 0‑2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (not mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder service orientation and teamwork skills.
