Process Specialist – US 401K Retirement (2‑4 yrs experience)

About the role

Infosys BPM is hiring Process Specialists to support its US 401K Retirement domain. The role involves handling a wide range of complex financial transactions for retirement plans, working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex transactions such as withdrawals, terminations, plan transfers, contributions, vesting, rollovers, tax withholdings and more.
• Respond to client queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate and correct transaction discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate record‑keeping and compliance.

Required profile

• Any graduate (full‑time) with 2‑4 years of experience in 401K DC/DB record‑keeping operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to work US night shift (09:30 PM – 06:30 AM IST) on a mandatory 5‑day onsite schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
