About the role

Enovis is seeking fresh graduates to join its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Hyderabad as Process Executives handling voice interactions with US healthcare insurers. This full‑time, night‑shift position offers structured training and the chance to work in a global medical‑technology environment. You will be part of a process‑driven team focused on improving claim processing and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies to follow up on medical claim status and payments.
• Update internal systems with accurate call details and claim information, ensuring data integrity.
• Adhere to quality, productivity and compliance standards set by the RCM operations.
• Work night shifts aligned with US business hours to support timely claim resolution.

Required profile

• Any graduate (freshers welcome).
• Good spoken English and comprehension.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
• Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Office.
• Ability to work in a process‑driven environment and follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills
