About the role
The Process Associate will join HCL Technologies' Voice Process team, supporting customers in the Order‑to‑Cash domain. This entry‑level position focuses on delivering high‑quality service through email and chat channels while ensuring data accuracy and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems with precision.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior support teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science streams.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; technical degrees such as B.Tech, IT, MCA, or BE are not eligible.
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
Required skills
- Excellent written communication in English.
