About the role
We are looking for a Process Associate to join our customer service team in Bangalore. The role involves handling multilingual voice campaigns and providing support in both English and Hindi.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound support for English and Hindi speaking customers.
- Handle calls independently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Adapt quickly to project requirements and execute tasks without supervision.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including 24/7 coverage and variable week‑off patterns.
- Utilise basic MS Excel for data entry and analytical tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage calls independently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekend schedules.
- Knowledge of any additional Indian regional language is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
