Process Associate – Back Reporting & ERP Archiving

About the role

KONE is looking for a Process Associate (or Senior Process Associate) to support back‑reporting and ERP archiving activities. The role involves data extraction, cleansing, migration and reporting within the KBS team in Ambattur, Chennai.

Key responsibilities

• Run data extraction and execute deep‑dive data analysis & profiling.
• Perform cleansing tasks respecting SOPs.
• Monitor and report the data cleansing and migration progress.
• Provide detailed reports and highlight risks/issues in data cleansing & migration.
• Develop clear and comprehensive process documentation.
• Work effectively with colleagues across the team to achieve shared objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced business process knowledge (Delivery, Service or Finance).
• Advanced technical skills in data analysis and transformation.
• Understanding of SAP master and transactional data structures.
• Experience with data cleansing, migration or archiving processes.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when handling large data sets.
• Analytical mindset with focus on data quality and compliance.
• Ability to use AI and automation solutions to streamline daily activities.
